Guest Speaker: Present in the classroom and share your field of expertise.
Judge or Review Class Competitions and/or Class Projects: Act as a sounding board for students to help them learn and grow.
Student/Faculty Recognition: Assist in celebrating our outstanding students and faculty members.
Participate in Student Career Fairs: Introduce student to education and career paths.
Partner Panel: Be a part of classroom industry discussions with RCAS students.

Informational Interview: Meet with an RCAS student for a discussion on your career and/or industry.
Industry Tours: Host RCAS students at your employment site and show them the various career options your business/organization has to offer.
Volunteer Incentive: Provide your staff the opportunity to volunteer one-time or on an ongoing basis in a RCAS school during the workday.
Conduct Mock Interviews and Resume Building Workshops: Help students prepare and practice these valuable life skills.

Apprenticeships: Provide hands on training while developing the next generation of workforce in your trade.
Internships: Introduce students to potential career fields as they gain on-the-job experience in your work place.
Job Shadowing: Show groups of students what a day in life of your career looks like.
Teacher Externship: Help RCAS teachers bring real-world experiences into their classrooms.
